Vishay has released a thick film resistor that combines a low resistance with tight tolerances and low TCR for current-sensing applications.
It provides high stability for current sensing and shunt applications in DC-to-DC converters, power supplies, motor circuits, computers and mobile phones.
The CRCWÂ….-EL device has a mobile resistance range from 10 to 100 mΩ, with tolerances of ±1% and ±5%.
The resistor features low TCR of ±100, ±200, ±300, ±400 and ±600 ppm/K over an operating temperature range of –55 to +155°C.
The resistor features a special metal glaze on ceramic with a protective overglaze.
