Backplane Systems has released the TKG-086-MB-BACKL InduProof 3 backlit keyboard.
The device is an IP68-rated, fully sealed industrial keyboard with backlit keys from Indukey.
This lightweight, 950 g board is fully waterproof and robust, making it suitable for the medical and pharmaceutical industries. It features LED backlighting for longer life and low power consumption, Gold on gold switching for high reliability connection and longevity with two million operations per key.
It has an eight-level dimmer for backlit control and its wide range operating temperature (-40 to 90 °C) can handle harsh environments.
Along with its integrated mouse button, the board is available in PS/2 and USB, and has the option of desk or vesa mount.
