UMS CHS7012-99F reflective SPDT switch amplifier
The CHS7012-99F is a monolithic FET-based, reflective SPDT switch amplifier that operates in the DC-12 GHz frequency band.
Released by United Monolithic Semiconductors (UMS), the device is designed for a wide range of applications, from military to commercial communication systems. It is developed on a robust 0.25 µm gate length GaN/SiC pHEMT process and is available as bare die.
Additional features include: insertion loss of 1.4 dB; isolation of 35 dB input power of +40.5 dBm at 1 dB compression (P1dB); switching time of 20 ns; control of -25 V/0 V; and chip size of 1.15 x 1.65 x 0.1 mm.
