Crystek's CRBV55CL-0902-0928 RedBox VCO operates from 902 to 928 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.5~4.5 with a typical phase noise of -115 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset and good linearity. Output power is typically +5 dBm.
The device is enclosed in aluminium with SMA connectors.
It has an input voltage of 5, with a max current consumption of 20 mA. Pulling and pushing are minimised to 4.4 MHz and 1.7 MHz/V. Second harmonic suppression is -15 dBc typical.
