Vishay MIL-PRF-83401-qualified resistor network
Vishay has introduced an MIL-PRF-83401-qualified, (cage code 5757489) through-hole, single-in-line thin film resistor network.
Featuring low absolute TCR of ± 25 ppm/°C, TCR tracking of 5 ppm/°C and tight ratio tolerances to ± 0.05 %, it is said to outperform the requirements of MIL-PRF-83401 R, V, and H characteristics.
The network has three to nine resistors and is available in 6-, 8- and 10-pin low-profile configurations in isolated (G) and pin one common (C) schematic styles.
The RZ070, RZ080, RZ090, RZ210, RZ220 and RZ230 devices feature 100% burn-in screening for increased reliability.
The M83401 features passivated Tamelox film for low noise of <-30 dB, voltage coefficient of <0.1 ppm/V, power ratings from 0.06 to 0.120 mW per element (0.18 to 1.0 W per package) and a wide resistance range of 100 Ω to 200 kΩ per resistor. The device operates over a temperature range of - 55 to 125°C.
