Waveform generator/fast measurement unit

08 May, 2008

Agilent Technologies has introduced a waveform generator/fast measurement unit (WGFMU) for its B1500A semiconductor device analyser that performs the high-speed measurements required to characterise ultra-fast negative bias temperature instability (NBTI) and other applications such as pulsed IV, random telegraph signal (RTS), new types of non-volatile resistive memory like PRAM/ReRAM.

Measurement solutions for uplink and downlink signals

10 March, 2008

The R&S SMx-K55 3GPP LTE option for Rohde & Schwarz signal generators offers downlink and uplink functionalities. The SMU200A, SMJ100A and SMATE200A can generate high-quality 3GPP LTE signals for tests on components and receivers of base stations and mobile phones.

Analog signal generator

15 January, 2007

The Rohde & Schwarz SMA100A analog signal generator combines signal quality with very high setting speed making it suitable for tasks in development, production, service and maintenance.

Arbitrary/function generator

04 December, 2006

Tektronix has released the AFG3000 series of arbitrary/function generators. The series consists of six models to help engineers test electronic circuits with one or more signal inputs and sine waveforms at frequencies up to 240 MHz, generate arbitrary waveforms to 2 GS/s, obtain up to one ppm clock stability and who need an intuitive graphical UI.

New Agilent signal generator for radar, EW and satellite applications

06 September, 2006

Agilent has announced an analog signal generator that is claimed to provide the best close-to-carrier phase noise performance available in an off-the-shelf signal generator with frequency ranges up to 3.2 or 9 GHz.
