Qorvo QPA1000 2.8 to 3.2 GHz 50 W GaN amplifier

Qorvo's QPA1000 is a high-power, S-band amplifier fabricated on the company's QGaN25 0.25 µm GaN on SiC production process. Covering 2.8 to 3.2 GHz, the product provides greater than 47 dBm of saturated output power and greater than 24 dB of large signal gain, while achieving more than 58% power-added efficiency.
